About Us

Welcome to our new website.

The objects of the Friends of Combe Valley(FoCV) are:

To promote the conservation, protection and improvement of the physical and natural environment, including biodiversity.

To advance the education of the public in the conservation, protection and improvement of the physical and natural environment

Who are we?

We are a small hard-working unit of volunteers who work towards maintaining the Combe Valley but in particular the Countryside Park for others to get benefit from. We have successfully secured funding to allow us to continue this work and to start some really exciting projects working with different aspects of the community.

More information about the whole of the Countryside park is available on the website – combevalleycountrysidepark.com

The friends work in conjunction with Groundwork (who have responsibility for managing the park for the Combe Valley Countryside Park Community Interest Company).

We are always looking for new volunteers with some time to help with these tasks but we also welcome anyone who wants to learn more about Combe Valley. Whatever time you can give is valuable to us.
